start with the good service department was very good !!! but when I checked with sales department about trading my truck in I told the salesman about my experience when I bought the truck from another dealership and how they shop my loan around and caused several hard pulls of my credit report my credit score took a big hit and he assured me that wouldn't happen at your dealership but it did!!!!

I am in the market for a Jeep Sahara Unlimited. After finding the jeep I wanted advertised by STEVE JONES in the Auto Trader cheaper than anyone else,I called them, I was told that,"yes indeed,the jeep advertised for $34,000 was still available. I asked if they might be interested in trading for my 2008 BMW 650i convertible with extremely low milage. After they wanted to give me only a portion of what my car is worth, I changed my offer to an all cash offer. I OFFERED THEM 34000 DOLLARS for a Jeep they had just told me was still available for 34000 DOLLARS and I was told I did not qualify for all discounts and rebates that it would take to purchase this Jeep for 34000 DOLLARS! WOW! You could have knocked me over with a feather!In my multiple business,if I advertise an item for a price,I'm ready to sell for that price,regardless of method of payment!Later the same day,a sales manager called me to smooth the deal over and his position was the same.HE WAS JUST AS DISHONEST AS HIS SALESMAN! Having owned and operated my own businesses for thirty years, I feel qualified to tell anybody that is reading this review,"THIS IS THE MOST DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICE I'VE EVER SEEN and you might want to do your business with a more reputable company.

I didn't know this site existed or I would have written a review sooner. I ordered a new Ram at Steve Jones in 2013. My salesman, Robert Denton was a pleasure to work with. After the expected 8 week wait for my truck to be built, it came in. Right on time. Angel Cadiz tried to raise the agreed upon price by over $4,500! The list price hadn't changed since I placed the order. The incentives hadn't changed since I placed the order. Angel just insisted that he couldn't sell the truck for the agreed upon price. Luckily for me, I had kept copies of all the paperwork and had him initial everything at the time I placed the order for my Ram. There was much arguing back and forth but because I had kept copies of all my paperwork, They finally delivered my truck at the price we agreed on when I ordered. I have bought many new cars and trucks but never met anyone as dishonest as Angel Cadiz. I have never been treated so badly at any place of business. I will never buy another vehicle from Steve Jones as long as he works there. Never. I really like my truck, just will not deal with anyone so dishonest if I don't have to.

Took Town and Country in for 75000 mile service, change and detailing. Came back with need for alignment, shocks, struts, transmission flush and throttle body service...over $1100. I declined all but alignment, which was a scam. The $99 diagnostic fee, which I was told would be applied to any work done, can't be applied to the alignment. Beware the scam! I drove 50 miles and have been here over six hours. The sales experience was great, but each time service has been an issue. NEVER returning here.

We bought a 2015 dodge Ram from Steve jones in September 2015! The buying process was amazing, the sales staff went above and beyond! We have had the oil changed by their service department every time! Today my husband took it in for its routine oil change and tire rotation! It was taking longer then normal, finally they advised that THEY broke one of the locking lug nut! They advised they used a universal because they didn't know where the tool was and never asked where it was! After admitting they broke the nut, a lady assistant manager said they would replace the broken nut, then the head manager came out and said they'd fix it, but we'd have to pay for it! Well they have lost ALL of our business! We planned on buying another vehicle in the future from them, but it won't happen! We also referred many people to Steve jones and we will also advise against it and share our experience! Thanks for your half xxx service! You lost a customer for life!

The best and easiest experience ever buying a vehicle. Norman is the most honest person I have ever met at a car lot. He helped get me and my wife out of our vehicles and into 2 new ones with the payments we wanted. Norman, Angel, and Bill made sure we had everything we asked for. We are always treated like family there and they always make my little girl feel comfortable and understand that kids will be kids. They never force you into something you don't want. Highly recommend Norman and Steve jones to anyone looking for a new ride.

I was directed to Steve Jones dealership through USAA. My purchase was made in mid-July and I did a review through USAA immediately after purchase, but just occurred to me to do one here as well. My credit was still recovering from a divorce 2011-2012. I explained my credit situation to Norman and after speaking with his manager I was able to trade out of my 2015 Dart and get a brand new RAM 2500 which I was in the market for. They were able to absorb $5-$6K of my Dart's negative equity and find a lender that beat my local bank by %2 interest. I got the truck I was looking for with absolutely no hidden fees or costs, and after rebates was able to get it under sticker price . Norman was most professional and explained every step of the process along with any and all fees that would be added, and when it came time to sign papers with his manager there were no surprises. I was treated fairly, got what I wanted, and they helped me in re-establishing my credit.

Bought 2015 Jeep Wrangler from Norman Lang and that was an enjoyable experience. Problem was during and after first oil change. Wife brought jeep home and I noticed a large scratch the whole length of the driver side front fender that had been poorly painted with touch up paint. Since the vehicle has only been in our garage and at the dealer and I didn't scratch and then try to cover up the scratch the only conclusion would be... yup you guessed it... the dealer. They said they didn't do it and it probably happened in parking lot. Yes a complete stranger scratches my jeep and THEN has black touch up paint that they then apply. Reason I'll take jeep back after lease and never be back. Service after the sale is what keeps customers. News flash
